![]() Kill all the birds (that doesn't apply to chickens, but eggs are nice, too). ![]() One potion is essential in the game, potion of luck: bird beak + feather (+ bone). As far as I know, bone is always the best third ingredient, it gives the potions the value (efficiency) of 14. The first two slots determine the actual potion that you'll get, the third slot determines the efficiency of that potion. That's why you have all these "reagents". find new recipes in the chemistry lab with trial and error. You have to experiment a little bit with it, i.e. You can't find recipes for the chemistry lab. Don't bother with copper sharpening stones, waste of material. Therefore, craft only one of each kind, and when they are about to break, use something else until you find that recipe. It will allow you to repair gold and titanium tools and weapons so that you'll save a bunch of resources. I imagine you don't want spoilers for the recipes, right? Well, search for the sharpening stones recipes. However, you can hunt mummies in Seth during the night if you want more torches (bandage + plank = torch). You don't want to use those goo torches casually, they keep the mobs spawning. Items won't also go to the first slot on the left in your bar below. ![]() If you can, put there an item that doesn't stack up (if you put, say, dirt, the new dirt that you dig up won't go into that special slot, you have to put stuff there manually). Don't forget that you can also use that one slot where the end result of crafting goes - items won't go there automatically. You get more space for your items without it (the slots where you craft your items). That's due to the luck stat and it being an overall good gear. The best gear comes from either the bosses on Mykon or the bosses on Tor. Bosses can sometimes drop a card, and you'll find recipes for making an uber-pet with those cards, which is a huge advantage for further fighting the bosses. You cannot move away hoping for that orb to stay there as part of your new environment. Once you kill a boss, he will leave an orb that you need to destroy with a weapon. Since dung exists and it's only good for that one thing, bone powder is a waste.ĭon't quit your game while there is stuff lying on the floor, or else it will disappear. You can also grab snow (and any other stuff covering a block, like rugs) using a hammer with a right-click.ĭung is a common reward for having an animal farm. If you want more snow, just mine and dig a lot on the surface of Cryo. Using those block, you can farm those trees on any planet that you like, they'll drop you the ice. If you want more ice, gather saplings from frozen trees on Cryo (the white ones) and ice blocks ("bright raw ice") on the same planet. The same goes for cobblestone from arid stone that you'll find on Magmar. If you want more salt, you can put the same sand blocks over and over again, while mining them with a shovel. You can craft stuff with that sand, and sand from Seth comes in a much larger quantity. Don't rely too much on that knowledge, carry with you that potion.ĭon't smelt sand from Terra for that glass. Also, both water (but it needs to be a source block) and wool block prevent fall damage. It's doable to drink it on time since opening your inventory pauses the game. That potion has already saved my life multiple times (I play on hardcore). You'll find camels in Seth (their paws are a rather rare drop). But don't make the one from the recipe above. Travel in procedural planets full of content to discover, monsters to combat, crafts to learn and loot to equip or simply proudly display in your home.Īll of this is possible in Junk Jack, and much more will be possible in the future.Always carry with you a potion that prevents fall damage, as that is the most common way to die for an experienced player. Tame and breed creatures, cook foods, collect animal companions, farm exotic plants, collect fish, grow flowers, play with your friends! Make the world truly yours in Junk Jack, a relaxing sandbox experience focused on building and improving your home.
